Cold platter “Adriatic”
marinated anchovies, shrimps and smoked sword fish served on a bed of rocket
Pošip Toreta (Korčula) 0,15 l – light yellow with greenish reflection and pure fruity savor. It leaves a dry, warm and fresh mineral taste.

Veal skewers
prepared with smoked bacon, served with porcini risotto with chilly-mint sauce on the side
Dingač Matuško (Pelješac) 0,15 l – medium to full bodied, with a dark cherry color. Tannin flavor when first palated.

Panna cotta
coconut milk Panna Cotta served with raspberry purée
Višnjevača Bezek (Pelješac) 0,05 l – cherry flavored liqueur
