At Dalmatino Dubrovnik, we are very passionate about our work. All our team members strive to make Dalmatino the best restaurant in Dubrovnik. Dalmatino was originally opened in 2010 and was located at the Miha Pracata street, near the Orthodox church, where we became one of the most recommended restaurants in Dubrovnik. However, at the beginning of 2018 an opportunity opened up for us to relocate Dalmatino to Dubrovnik's ever popular dining area- Prijeko street, where famous Ragusa 2 restaurant used to be. At this location we got the chance to offer bigger capacity (three inside dining areas and street seating) and more authentic ambience.
For example, one of our dining halls is located at the place where the old Dubrovnik's bakery used to be. Dining in this room you can experience Dubrovnik's history. The room displays a large baking oven, made of clay bricks, giving that special something to the experience. Walls are decorated with large format paintings from local artists, introducing insight into Dubrovnik's artistic world. Street seating is very atmospheric and provides the summer hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik’s streets. Besides the ambience that the Dubrovnik old city provides, one of our most important traits are our employees, professional and friendly.
Dalmatino’s head chef Jasmin Kuralić is taking care of every detail during preparation and food presentation. With six years of experience as a head chef with international and domestic experience, Jasmin became important team member to Dalmatino Dubrovnik.
